  I stayed there in may 2014 for 4 nights and 2 more nights in June 2014 .very nice and helpful staff .A little improvement is required in the quality of Breakfast and bed (being very soft).

  Glitch in their website changed date and rate of my booking. I had a booking reference for the date I booked and the rate I booked for but hotel insisted on charging me £15 extra because they claimed the glitch only affected the date and not the rate. The manager tried to fob me off with bullshit when he knew nothing about what was causing the website to do this. They admitted there was a fault but were not prepared to stand on the rate I was charged on my booking.
  
  The staff I encountered had absolutely no grasp of customer service. I asked if they though I was lying about their website having problems and the responded no Sir you are just mistaken !!
  I then spoke to a manager who admitted they were having problems with the website but it only changed the booking date not the booking rate. !!
  
  They were happy to accept there was a problem with website but accepted no liability for the error.
  
  Hotel was fine but the brand were let down by untrained manager and staff.
